Every time that you post a problem, PLEASE add the Joomla and the extension's versions and revisions (for example: Joomla 3.3.6, Contact Enhanced 3.3.5), PHP version and Server's Operating System. If you only manage only one site it is easier if you edit your profile and just add that information to your signature. Don't forget to add a detailed description of the problem. If possible, write down all steps to simulate the problem.

Before submitting a new post, PLEASE make sure you are running the latest version, test in different browsers (IE, FF, Chrome,..) and clear Joomla and browser's cache after every change you make.

Also, most questions are already answered in our FAQ and in iFAQ and Contact Enhanced documentation pages.

The following css file is being referenced on certain pages on my site.
<head>.....
.........
<link rel="stylesheet" href="/administrator/components/com_irelated/assets/css/ira.css" type="text/css" />
.....

And because I have password protected the administrator folder, the user is prompted for the login even though they are not attempting to browse the administrator folder.

I have lots of plugins on my site and this is the only one causing this issue. (trying to access administrator folder from frontend pages)

I have had to remove my folder password until I can fix this.

Do you have a patch or fix for this issue?

I have just updated the package for you. Just download and install it. There is no need to uninstall, but I always recommend to create a full backup for safety reasons.

I downloaded and installed over on my development site.

Now the styling does not work at all for the plugin.

(I have refreshed all cache)

see before and after screenshots.

Dear monetise,

That's odd, because I have just tested and it worked correctly here.

Please check to see if the CSS file is in the correct location and let me know if you see it in the HTML source:
/components/com_irelated/assets/css/ira.css

PS: Keep in mind that when your site has lots of pages and a good traffic it generates a lot of cached files and you might need to click Clear Cache button several times until it is completely cleaned.

I checked with FTP: there is no "assets" folder in:

"components/com_irelated".

I even tried reinstalling the new package again. No Luck.

thanks, but now were are back to my original issue with thumbnails. (when i first bought the plugin)

First of all the image source option is no longer there in the plugin settings.
see screenshot 1.
This has a bad effect on frontend thumbnails for related articles, see screenshot 2.

I'm sorry about it.

I was having an Internet connection issue since yesterday and I decided to change the zip file I had instead of creating a new package from source.

Now the Internet seems to be back online and I was able to create a package from scratch. I have sent it to your email address, please test and let me know whether the problem continues.
