Every time that you post a problem, PLEASE add the Joomla and the extension's versions and revisions (for example: Joomla 3.3.6, Contact Enhanced 3.3.5), PHP version and Server's Operating System. If you only manage only one site it is easier if you edit your profile and just add that information to your signature. Don't forget to add a detailed description of the problem. If possible, write down all steps to simulate the problem.

Before submitting a new post, PLEASE make sure you are running the latest version, test in different browsers (IE, FF, Chrome,..) and clear Joomla and browser's cache after every change you make.

Error with Radio Boxes and Check boxes in Joomla 1.5 version

Hi Douglas
We started having problems with our Radio Boxes and Check Boxes on our current J1.5 site (not the new one you were helping us with)
For some reason the Radio's and Check wont let a user select just one and the forms won't complete because of this.
The boxes go red.
I have actually had to change them right across our site because of this.
How can I work out what the error might be caused by?
I can enable one so you can see if needed.

Its the latest version of Joomla 1.5 - I will just reload the latest version of CE and see what happens...

Ok I just downloaded the latest version of CE for Joomla 1.5 and loaded into my testing server and the same error is happening.

I looked in the Firefox console and can see a Mootools error
TypeError: this.container is undefined - in Mootools 1.2.5.js at Line 3

Dear Andrew,

That's probably because Gantry is adding it's own MooTools version instead of using the one that comes with Joomla. Is there any setting in Gantry where you can choose which MooTools file you want to use? If so, please use the Joomla version.

Ah
explains why the error is suddenly occurring - must be because Gantry upgraded recently
I don't think Gantry has an option to change the Mootools version.
Just checking the forums to see if anyone else has reported problems
