Every time that you post a problem, PLEASE add the Joomla and the extension's versions and revisions (for example: Joomla 3.3.6, Contact Enhanced 3.3.5), PHP version and Server's Operating System. If you only manage only one site it is easier if you edit your profile and just add that information to your signature. Don't forget to add a detailed description of the problem. If possible, write down all steps to simulate the problem.

Before submitting a new post, PLEASE make sure you are running the latest version, test in different browsers (IE, FF, Chrome,..) and clear Joomla and browser's cache after every change you make.

Also, most questions are already answered in our FAQ and in iFAQ and Contact Enhanced documentation pages.

Align Details to the left

Hi Douglas,

I hope you are well!

I'm having a problem making the company details align to the left instead of in the centre. Please see here. I have tried several CSS variations and have managed to align the Field Titles to the left but can't suss the Details at the top. What am I missing in the CSS please?

...also at the bottom of the page, the Send a copy to your email and the Submit/Reset buttons need to align left. :-)

Dear Claire,

Contact Enhanced tries to inherit most of the CSS styling from your template's CSS file and in order to be compatible with Left to Right and Right to Left languages it does not add any alignment to text at all.

I see your subscription has ended. Can you please make sure you are using the latest Contact Enhanced version and then let me know if the problem persists?

Hi Douglas,

Yes, I am using the latest version, there have been no updates since my subscription expired 9 days ago. I have now renewed my subscription, I really do appreciate the updates and extremely fast support that you provide.

I don't seem to be able to find the conflict in my Template CSS either and it's all starting to become a bit of a blur! :-)

Dear Claire,

Thanks for renewing your subscription. We're working on a new version which will be released as soon as Joomla 3.7 is released.

Your template is setting the entire container to align center using the center class. Take a look:

It is probably something very easy to fix on the template's setting.
