Every time that you post a problem, PLEASE add the Joomla and the extension's versions and revisions (for example: Joomla 3.3.6, Contact Enhanced 3.3.5), PHP version and Server's Operating System. If you only manage only one site it is easier if you edit your profile and just add that information to your signature. Don't forget to add a detailed description of the problem. If possible, write down all steps to simulate the problem.

Before submitting a new post, PLEASE make sure you are running the latest version, test in different browsers (IE, FF, Chrome,..) and clear Joomla and browser's cache after every change you make.

Captcha - SecurImage

Hello There,

I installed a new Joomla website in a folder called "NEW". Everything works perfectly including the contact enhanced with the Captcha - SecurImage. After finished the website, I moved it to the root, i.e. out of the NEW folder to go live with the site. The Captcha - SecurImage stopped working. Always shows (Error
Wrong validation code).

The contact Enhanced works fine and sent the email if I disable the Captcha - SecurImage. I tried to reinstall both the Contact Enhanced and the Captcha - SecurImage, but the same result. Always (Error - Wrong validation code).

Any suggestion how to fix this?

Dear raidtariq,

I see your subscription has expired over 3 months ago and an active subscription is required to provide support.

Are you using the latest Contact Enhanced and SecurImage versions?
Also, can you please provide a direct link to your form, so I can take a closer look?

Hi,

I purchased the component 2 times and I though the support is always up. I will update my subscription.

The version that I use is not the up to date but I recently bought it so it should be not that old. And, it was working just fine before I immigrated to the root.

I see there are a few javascript errors on your page. See screenshot below:

The module mod_awesome_social_links_sidebar is loading a very outdated jQuery version instead of using the jQuery included in Joomla.
/modules/mod_awesome_social_links_sidebar/js/jquery-1.8.2.min.js

Please contact this extension developer to get it fixed.

The form works correctly if I load the component area only:
www.royalhltucson.com/contact-us?tmpl=component

I do not think so the mod_awesome_social_links_sidebar causing this issue cause I uninstalled it and the error still the same. Take a look at the new JS error screen shot after I uninstalled the mod_awesome_social_links_sidebar.
