Every time that you post a problem, PLEASE add the Joomla and the extension's versions and revisions (for example: Joomla 3.3.6, Contact Enhanced 3.3.5), PHP version and Server's Operating System. If you only manage only one site it is easier if you edit your profile and just add that information to your signature. Don't forget to add a detailed description of the problem. If possible, write down all steps to simulate the problem.

Before submitting a new post, PLEASE make sure you are running the latest version, test in different browsers (IE, FF, Chrome,..) and clear Joomla and browser's cache after every change you make.

Attachement (multiple file upload) don't show up in the email received

Hello,
I am currently running your latest version on the latest version of Joomla.
PHP version is 5.6.17

I'm experiencing an issue with contact that have multiple file upload field enabled, in fact I'm not receiving the attachment anymore as I used too, while they still appear in the recorded messages.

At the moment I experienced it only with JPGs attachments as those are the only type of file that has been uploaded.
it's not a matter of the size of the file (1 file only per email, average of 2 mb) as otherwise I should receive the link to download the file, which is not the case.

This happens on both Mac and PC mail software (mail and outlook).

The interesting fact is that if I check the source code of the email message received I do see a working encrypted link to the attachment
Yes, I'm using a custom email template, here is the code:

Dear DottorM,

Try to add {attachments} to the HTML email template.

Are the files being uploaded to [Path to Joomla]/administrator/components/com_contactenhanced/uploadedfiles/ ?

It seems your subscription has expired over 7 months ago and support is for active subscriptions only. Can you please renew your subscription?
