Hello!
Is it possible to display a contact form field in subject email?

I'd like to get subject text | city field name

There are more than one way to do that.
1. Using the Contact Enhanced PRO you can modify any field submitted using the Custom Code Contact Enhanced Plugin; This is a more advanced option and allows you do exactly what you are looking for. Follow the link below to read more about this plugin.

There are also some example files already in the plugin directory which you can edit and start from there.

2. If you can add the city as a prefix instead of at the end of the subject line, you can use the Text Prefix option in the Subject Form Field Parameters. Just add {field_alias} to the prefix.where {field_alias} will be the alias of the field you want to display. Make sure to add the correct alias for your City Form Field.

In your case the prefix should be {citta_di_consegna} instead or {field_citta_di_consegna}
