Every time that you post a problem, PLEASE add the Joomla and the extension's versions and revisions (for example: Joomla 3.3.6, Contact Enhanced 3.3.5), PHP version and Server's Operating System. If you only manage only one site it is easier if you edit your profile and just add that information to your signature. Don't forget to add a detailed description of the problem. If possible, write down all steps to simulate the problem.

Before submitting a new post, PLEASE make sure you are running the latest version, test in different browsers (IE, FF, Chrome,..) and clear Joomla and browser's cache after every change you make.

Hey
When I try to enter the Recorded Messages tab I get a 504 Gateway Time-out error message
Joomla 3.6.5
Contact Enhanced PRO 3.6.4.2

The 504 Gateway Timeout error is an HTTP status code that means that one server did not receive a timely response from another server that it was accessing while attempting to load the web page or fill another request by the browser. Very heavy traffic might result in your server serving a 504 error, even though a 503 would probably be a bit more accurate.

I have been through CE Messages source code in order to find out what might be causing this issue, but I couldn't find the source of this issue. Can you please ask your web hosting service provider to take a look into this issue? It's possible that the 504 error that your website is returning is due to an issue on their end that they'll need to resolve or they might be better able to point what is causing this issue in the code.
