Every time that you post a problem, PLEASE add the Joomla and the extension's versions and revisions (for example: Joomla 3.3.6, Contact Enhanced 3.3.5), PHP version and Server's Operating System. If you only manage only one site it is easier if you edit your profile and just add that information to your signature. Don't forget to add a detailed description of the problem. If possible, write down all steps to simulate the problem.

Before submitting a new post, PLEASE make sure you are running the latest version, test in different browsers (IE, FF, Chrome,..) and clear Joomla and browser's cache after every change you make.

Also, most questions are already answered in our FAQ and in iFAQ and Contact Enhanced documentation pages.

Email template : field label shows twice

Hi,
After an update of Contact Enhanced, I've got a problem with notification emails. Actually, I'm using "No HTML Template" and "No HTML Copy Template" with no modification. In email, field label is shown twice. For example : "Name: Name: Myname". In mail template, it's only {form_fields}
It was after an update from Joomla! 3.6.x (don't remember, sorry) with Contact Enhanced pkg_contactenhanced_3.6.5__PLUS_20161207_1204 to Joomla! 3.7.3 pkg_contactenhanced_3.7.1.1__PLUS__20170705_1011. Have you heard of something like that ?

Thanks a lot Douglas. No more label displaying twice in email. But there's still a little problem: there is no space after colon, so it's of course a little bit difficult to read, and more important, mail address becomes mail:name@domain.tld. Is it possible to fix it too?
