Every time that you post a problem, PLEASE add the Joomla and the extension's versions and revisions (for example: Joomla 3.3.6, Contact Enhanced 3.3.5), PHP version and Server's Operating System. If you only manage only one site it is easier if you edit your profile and just add that information to your signature. Don't forget to add a detailed description of the problem. If possible, write down all steps to simulate the problem.

Before submitting a new post, PLEASE make sure you are running the latest version, test in different browsers (IE, FF, Chrome,..) and clear Joomla and browser's cache after every change you make.

Also, most questions are already answered in our FAQ and in iFAQ and Contact Enhanced documentation pages.

Hi!
If I try to open an attachment from the email that has been sent, I get an Error 500 and a File not found on server().
It´s also a completely different link than if I click on the attachment link from the same form in one in the backend.

That's odd. I've never had this issue before.
Which Contact Enhanced and Joomla versions are you using?

Hi there,
I´m using latest 3.6.2 and it´s on Joomla 3.7.5
It only happens to some of the emails - I can´t reproduce it unfortunately.

Dear Elisa,

The latest Contact Enhanced version is actually 3.7.3.

Please create a backup and install the latest version.

If the problem continues, let me know if you can reproduce the issue uploading the same files. If you can, I'll ask you to send the files to me using the Support -> Contact Form.
