Every time that you post a problem, PLEASE add the Joomla and the extension's versions and revisions (for example: Joomla 3.3.6, Contact Enhanced 3.3.5), PHP version and Server's Operating System. If you only manage only one site it is easier if you edit your profile and just add that information to your signature. Don't forget to add a detailed description of the problem. If possible, write down all steps to simulate the problem.

Before submitting a new post, PLEASE make sure you are running the latest version, test in different browsers (IE, FF, Chrome,..) and clear Joomla and browser's cache after every change you make.

Also, most questions are already answered in our FAQ and in iFAQ and Contact Enhanced documentation pages.

Checkbox options displaying in row, not column

Hello,

I updated some of the Value and Text names in a question on a form, saved and closed, and the checklist options now display in a row instead of a column on the front side of the website. I've attached a picture. On this particular form, we have another question we use checkboxes for, and that one is still displaying fine. I've compared the parameters for both questions and they both match: under General Parameters, we have the Field's Container Width set to 100% - one column using Bootstrap width type, and under Checkbox Parameters we have number of columns set to 100% - one column. I didn't make any other changes except the Value and Text name. How can I fix this?

I see your subscription has expired, please upgrade to the latest version and try to save again.
