Every time that you post a problem, PLEASE add the Joomla and the extension's versions and revisions (for example: Joomla 3.3.6, Contact Enhanced 3.3.5), PHP version and Server's Operating System. If you only manage only one site it is easier if you edit your profile and just add that information to your signature. Don't forget to add a detailed description of the problem. If possible, write down all steps to simulate the problem.

Before submitting a new post, PLEASE make sure you are running the latest version, test in different browsers (IE, FF, Chrome,..) and clear Joomla and browser's cache after every change you make.

Also, most questions are already answered in our FAQ and in iFAQ and Contact Enhanced documentation pages.

Suddenly, new field appeared on all my contact forms: username/confirm Username. These fields have not been created in the backend of Enhanced Contact and they don't show there. I have no idea how they got created at the first place and how to remove them.

Well, I copied this site and restored on another server. After deleting all users these fields disappeared. Was I hacked? All security steps have been enabled in CE. Additionally, I have built-in firewall in Joomla.

Dear assocyate,

You have not been hacked. At least these fields are not an indication you've been hacked because they are part of the Honeypot feature and should disapear on page load. It only happens to be visible if you have any CSS or javascript error on your page.

If you have any errors in your Browser's console I recommend to fix them and the problem with these fields will most likely go away. If there's no error or if you cannot fix them, you can safely disable the Honeypot feature in the Contact Enhanced component options under the Security Tab.
