Every time that you post a problem, PLEASE add the Joomla and the extension's versions and revisions (for example: Joomla 3.3.6, Contact Enhanced 3.3.5), PHP version and Server's Operating System. If you only manage only one site it is easier if you edit your profile and just add that information to your signature. Don't forget to add a detailed description of the problem. If possible, write down all steps to simulate the problem.

Before submitting a new post, PLEASE make sure you are running the latest version, test in different browsers (IE, FF, Chrome,..) and clear Joomla and browser's cache after every change you make.

Also, most questions are already answered in our FAQ and in iFAQ and Contact Enhanced documentation pages.

Export Recorded Messages

Hi Douglas,
I hope you are well.

Is it possible to export the recorded messages in CE? I have a client that would need this function but I can't see it. In an ideal world they would be able to export recorded messages to a spreadsheet with the CE Field Titles along the top (instead of down the side which is what happens when they copy/paste from the email received). I'm sure they would be happy to receive a quote for extra work... :) .

There's no need for extra work. ;-)

Just go to Components -> Contact Enhanced -> Recoded Messages, select a category and then you'll see new options, which will allow you to Export a CSV file and open on your spreadsheet editor (Excel, Openoffice, ...)

In Joomla 4, where would we find the "Export CSV" action? I am not able to locate it following the above instructions. The messages are in the archived folder.
