Every time that you post a problem, PLEASE add the Joomla and the extension's versions and revisions (for example: Joomla 3.3.6, Contact Enhanced 3.3.5), PHP version and Server's Operating System. If you only manage only one site it is easier if you edit your profile and just add that information to your signature. Don't forget to add a detailed description of the problem. If possible, write down all steps to simulate the problem.

Before submitting a new post, PLEASE make sure you are running the latest version, test in different browsers (IE, FF, Chrome,..) and clear Joomla and browser's cache after every change you make.

Hi,

since last Update to 3.9.1 from today, most of contact-details are not shown anymore in single-contact-view.
Any idea how I can fix this?
Alle settings fpr adresse, mail, etc. are set to be shown - and it worked prior the update.

Dear boschma,

I could not reproduce the same issue locally.

Do you have any HTML Template override? If so, please create a backup and try to remove the override for testing purposes.

Hi Douglas

J! 3.9.2 with CE 3.9.1.

Using Omega template from Energize themes (but also have same issue on Breez3).

URL : 37.61.232.224/~uptonmeadows/index.php/contact-us

I also have this issue. I renamed the ~template/html folder to disable any HTML overrides but having then cleared browser cache I can not see :

Address, Telephone, Fax, Mobile

Department and Position and Map show fine, as does the form.

Any advice would be welcome.

A note to help... installing 3.8.5 over 3.9.1 works a charm. All (otherwise) missing fields are now available.

We've made some changes to the Contact View, however I could not reproduce this issue locally.

If you are willing to provide FTP access, I can perform some tests to understand why this is happening on your site.

Hi there,

after finding some time to investigate in output of version 3.9.1 single-contact-view:
div.contact-address is not rendered
div.contact-contactinfo is rendered, but doesn't get any content within
Joomla 3.9.2
PHP 7.2.14
OS Linux m
MySQLi 5.5.60-0+deb7u1
no overwrites
no PHP errors
no CSS blocking this content / template completly written on my own

I installed pkg_contactenhanced__PRO__3.9.0 into the running system - everything is back working as expected

the same here as well. After upgrading to 3.9.1 no contact details visible anymore.
I'm waiting for an update to come soon :)

I have the same problem. I also installed the old version 3.9.
Now the contact are back. ;-)
