Support Forum

Every time that you post a problem, PLEASE add the Joomla and the extension's versions and revisions (for example: Joomla 3.3.6, Contact Enhanced 3.3.5), PHP version and Server's Operating System. If you only manage only one site it is easier if you edit your profile and just add that information to your signature. Don't forget to add a detailed description of the problem. If possible, write down all steps to simulate the problem.

Before submitting a new post, PLEASE make sure you are running the latest version, test in different browsers (IE, FF, Chrome,..) and clear Joomla and browser's cache after every change you make.

Also, most questions are already answered in our FAQ and in iFAQ and Contact Enhanced documentation pages.

My form works fine on desktop but on mobile (android) the fields are *not* clickable.
Please see: www.webuyhomeskzn.co.za/index.php/selling
I also have a chronoform on the same site that works fine on both desktop and mobile.

Dear webuyhomeskzn,

In order to add compatibility with some right to left and left to right templates, Contact Enhanced adds two different CSS classes to the Form Fields Container which add a float:left or float:right to the Form Fields. For some reason your template doesn't seem to be compatible with this class. A workaround is to edit all Form Fields and under the General Parameters tab set width type to Bootstrap.

Contact Enhanced tries to inherit the most of your template's styling, so it does not add any input height. However, your template does not seem to add a global height for inputs. Therefore, I also recommend adding the following CSS rule to the CSS Form Field:
.ce-cf-container .inputbox{min-height:45px;}

Best regards,
