Every time that you post a problem, PLEASE add the Joomla and the extension's versions and revisions (for example: Joomla 3.3.6, Contact Enhanced 3.3.5), PHP version and Server's Operating System. If you only manage only one site it is easier if you edit your profile and just add that information to your signature. Don't forget to add a detailed description of the problem. If possible, write down all steps to simulate the problem.

Before submitting a new post, PLEASE make sure you are running the latest version, test in different browsers (IE, FF, Chrome,..) and clear Joomla and browser's cache after every change you make.

Also, most questions are already answered in our FAQ and in iFAQ and Contact Enhanced documentation pages.

× Contact Enhanced is a contact component manager created to replace Joomla! core contacts component and add lots of advantages and new features (see Features ) and it offers many plugins and modules for several different purposes,

Warning: JUser: :_load: Unable to load user with ID

5 years 1 month ago #24921 by ekagerer
How do I make user_id 0 to fix this Warning?
I defined user_id as 0 (zero) in .csv, however Contact Enhanced imports user_id as consecutive numbers.

I see the Warning on each contact page, apparently because user_id is not imported correctly.

Thank You

Dear ekagerer,

You cannot have ID = 0, however in order to fix this you can update your contact(s)'s Created by field under the Publishing tab.

Uploading a CSV file should automatically set the created by id to your own.

Thank you, the "id" field is fine, it's the 'user_id' field causing the problem.

The same error also displays in Joomla backend when editing a contact, however setting 'user_id' to 0 in phpMyadmin removes the error.

The user_id field is the Created by field.

You can safely set all to 0 if you want. There's no problem.

This is a known problem when importing contacts via CSV from one site to another.

We could check whether the user_id exists when importing, however that would required one extra sql query for each contact and could a slow down when importing thousands of contacts.
