Every time that you post a problem, PLEASE add the Joomla and the extension's versions and revisions (for example: Joomla 3.3.6, Contact Enhanced 3.3.5), PHP version and Server's Operating System. If you only manage only one site it is easier if you edit your profile and just add that information to your signature. Don't forget to add a detailed description of the problem. If possible, write down all steps to simulate the problem.

Before submitting a new post, PLEASE make sure you are running the latest version, test in different browsers (IE, FF, Chrome,..) and clear Joomla and browser's cache after every change you make.

Also, most questions are already answered in our FAQ and in iFAQ and Contact Enhanced documentation pages.

I need to download all records (I have quite a lot) as they appear on the recorded messages screen to excel file
How do I do this through the management side of the site?
I want to download all the records in all categories

Your subscription has expired over 2 years ago, please renew your subscription, update your Contact Enhanced Component, then go to The Recorded Messages and export them. ;-)

How does my subscription expiration date relate to a bug in your system?
I paid a lot of money on the system and it does not work as it should, asking for more money is a bad answer!!!

Most of Joomla Extensions licensing are per subscription period, you get access to free upgrades and support during the subscription period. If a new version is released with new features during the subscription period you are entitled to the download. Also, you are entitled to free support during the subscription period.

Most companies don't even offer a support public forum, only a private ticketing system that only users with active subscriptions have access to.

It's like buying a new car, you have access to warranty (support) during a specific length of time that varies from manufacturer to manufacturer that we call subscription period. When the manufacturer releases a new version with new features and you want the new features you have to by a new car.

If your request was about a bug, I would probably try to solve for you, even though you are not entitled to free support because your subscription period (warranty) has ended. However, if you are asking about a new feature that was introduced in later versions you need to have a valid subscription.

That is also stated in the Site's Terms & Conditions.
