Support Forum

Every time that you post a problem, PLEASE add the Joomla and the extension's versions and revisions (for example: Joomla 3.3.6, Contact Enhanced 3.3.5), PHP version and Server's Operating System. If you only manage only one site it is easier if you edit your profile and just add that information to your signature. Don't forget to add a detailed description of the problem. If possible, write down all steps to simulate the problem.

Before submitting a new post, PLEASE make sure you are running the latest version, test in different browsers (IE, FF, Chrome,..) and clear Joomla and browser's cache after every change you make.

Also, most questions are already answered in our FAQ and in iFAQ and Contact Enhanced documentation pages.

× Contact Enhanced is a contact component manager created to replace Joomla! core contacts component and add lots of advantages and new features (see Features ) and it offers many plugins and modules for several different purposes,

Error with file upload

4 years 3 days ago #25454 by vonbrink
Hi there,

Whenever we try to upload a file with the Multiple Files Upload function, we receive this error message:
"0 - Argument 1 passed to ceFileHelper::reArrayFiles() must be of the type array, null given" (see attachment for screenshot).

How can I resolve this issue?

Greetings,

Dear Willem,

Are you using the latest Contact Enhanced and Joomla versions?

Does it work if you enable Use Ajax under the Multiple Files Upload Form Field Parameters tab? See screenshot .

If the problem persists, can you provide a direct link to your form, so I can take a closer look?
Can you send a screenshot of your Multiple Files Upload Form Field Parameters?

Best regards,

Hi Douglas,

Yes, we're using the latest version and we have Ajax enabled. We've attached a screenshot of the parameters. The form is located at orthofleur.nl/online-consult .

Dear Willem,

I see the Use Ajax feature is not working properly.

Can you try to disable this feature?

Also, if it still doesn't work, please enable the Use Ajax again and go to Components » Contact Enhanced » Click on the Options button and under the Advanced tab make sure the "Load jQuery UI" is enable. jQuery UI is required for the Use Ajax Feature.

Best regards,
