Few issues with setup

Hello. I just purchased Contact Enhanced. I have a few issues.
1. Some of the language in adding are showing as strings (see attached image)
2. Checkbox form fields are checked by default.
3. Multitext field height is not displaying correctly on the front end.
4. Recaptcha is not showing.
5. Form field categories choices only allow one selection. Is it possible to select multiple categories instead of All?
6. When trying to manually sort certain fields, a large area is greyed out.

1. That's odd. These language strings have been part of Contact Enhanced for a long time.
Is this a fresh Contact Enhanced installation? Contact Enhanced language files are included inside the component folder, but you can add the language files in Joomla's core default language folder. If you are updating Contact Enhanced and have the language file inside /administrator/language/en-GB (for English), it might be for an older Contact Enhanced version and don't have this string.

2. There's no Checkbox in your form. However, this usually happens if you do not add any option to the checkbox.

3. There's a CSS rule on your site setting the height to auto!important, which is setting the height of all text areas on your site to auto. We strongly discourage the usage of the !important attribute in your CSS rules, because of problems like this. See screenshot . Since you are using JCH Optimizer I don't know where this CSS rule is located.

4. Did you enable ReCaptcha under the Security Tab in the Component Configuration? The security tab is the last one that's missing translation. See screenshot .

5. There's no such option, however you can use the option to Cascade Form Fields to children categories. See screenshot .

6. You can order fields inside the same category, therefore other categories are greyed out. Also, fields assigned to all categories will always display before other categories.
