Every time that you post a problem, PLEASE add the Joomla and the extension's versions and revisions (for example: Joomla 3.3.6, Contact Enhanced 3.3.5), PHP version and Server's Operating System. If you only manage only one site it is easier if you edit your profile and just add that information to your signature. Don't forget to add a detailed description of the problem. If possible, write down all steps to simulate the problem.

Before submitting a new post, PLEASE make sure you are running the latest version, test in different browsers (IE, FF, Chrome,..) and clear Joomla and browser's cache after every change you make.

Also, most questions are already answered in our FAQ and in iFAQ and Contact Enhanced documentation pages.

CE Form module not installed

Good afternoon,

I'm trying to create a CE Form module, but somehow my Contact Enhanced LITE package won't install this module. It's supposed to be included in the LITE package. Is there something wrong with the installation package?

Dear Willem,

Contact Enhanced Form Module is only included in Contact Enhanced PRO.

I see you had an older Contact Enhanced PRO version subscription, however because of constant updates an older module version might not work with a newer component version.

Sadly, we've encountered a new problem. Whenever we try to load the newly purchased module on any page, the webpage can't be loaded anymore (This page isn’t working - vonbrink.nl is currently unable to handle this request.) Is the module still up to date for Joomla! 3.9.23?

Dear Willem,

Yes, it should work properly.

For testing purposes, can you load the same contact using a menu item?
Also, can you please set the Error reporting to Maximum and enable System debug in Joomla Global Configuration? Then let me know the error description and call stack. This way I'll be better able to help you.

Hi Douglas,

I can load the same contact using a menu item. The page only crashes if I load the module into the page. I can't see any error description after enabling the system debug, since the page doesn't load at all. But when I check the same contact using a menu item, I don't have any errors.

Willem,

Can you provide FTP and Joomla Administrator account, so I can investigate this issue?
You can send the credentials using the Support > Contact Form.

Also, please create a full backup before providing the credentials. I'm very careful, so this is to increase safety.
