Every time that you post a problem, PLEASE add the Joomla and the extension's versions and revisions (for example: Joomla 3.3.6, Contact Enhanced 3.3.5), PHP version and Server's Operating System. If you only manage only one site it is easier if you edit your profile and just add that information to your signature. Don't forget to add a detailed description of the problem. If possible, write down all steps to simulate the problem.

Before submitting a new post, PLEASE make sure you are running the latest version, test in different browsers (IE, FF, Chrome,..) and clear Joomla and browser's cache after every change you make.

Also, most questions are already answered in our FAQ and in iFAQ and Contact Enhanced documentation pages.

Tabs disappeared after editing and saving Map

Hi Douglas

Running CE 3.9.14 with J!3.10.3

Following install of CE and creation of new contact, I see all tabs (New Contact, Maps to Integrations), I enter basic values (Title, email address) and Save - all is good.

If I then choose Maps tab, and enter the coordinates (am using OpenMaps and collect Lat and Long from Google Maps), then Save, Item reports "Contact Successfully Saved" but ALL tabs are then no longer displayed.

Open developer tab on Console (Chrome) and refresh Save, I see :

Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected number

Looking on front end, contact form loads by the Map is empty, no errors in developer console.

I uninstalled CE and reinstalled and see the same issue.

Note that this does not happen on a different site using the same template.

Dear Chris,

I cannot reproduce this problem locally, can you please try to save the Component Options again and make sure you select a Tiles Provider for Leaflet (considering you are using Open Maps). See example attached.
