Mail link to contact not working

When using the Contact Enhanced Editor Button plugin, you have two options for generating codes. The Link option creates a simple HTML code for a basic link (see example below). This code will not be modified by Contact Enhanced afterward. However, it seems that your website is replacing the link with a forward slash, which directs to the home page.

The Link option will output something link this:
On the other hand, the Shortcode option generates a short code that is interpreted by the Contact Enhanced Content Plugin. This plugin dynamically replaces the shortcode with the appropriate HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code. For example, the shortcode for a modal window would look like this:

You simply need to replace "CONTACT_ID" with the actual ID of the contact. Please note that the Contact Enhanced Content Plugin must be enabled for the shortcode to be converted into a link to a modal window or an embedded form. The content plugin will only be executed in areas where content plugins are allowed to run, such as Joomla Articles and Custom HTML modules with the "Prepare content" option enabled.

It's important to note that you don't necessarily need to use the Button plugin to utilize the Content plugin. The Button plugin simply provides a convenient way to generate the shortcode.

Meanwhile I changed all contact links to "{loadcontact id=|CONTACT_ID| type=|modal| }" they're working as expected.

The unexpected thing is, after a day or two, the modal window shows only blank and a message "tvseen.ch has refused the connection". To come over that I have to empty the Joomla cache. But I'm looking for a mor sustainable solution.

I attached a file with more detailed error messages.

The error message "refused to frame because an ancestor violates frame-ancestors 'self'" typically occurs when a web page or application is trying to load content within an iframe outsite of their own domain, but the server hosting the content has a restrictive Content Security Policy (CSP) in place. The CSP specifies which sources are allowed to be loaded in iframes on a webpage.

However, when setting it to self it should allow internal URLs, which is the case at hand.

Contact Enhanced does not change the CSP, so I advise to check with your web hosting if they can help in this case.

PS: I attempted to log in using the provided account to see if there was something I overlooked, but it appears that the account is no longer active.

I think I found the error for this a bit strange behavior. The site was reachable under www.tvseen.ch and tvseen.ch (without www). After redirect all traffic to www.tvseen.ch the forms get displayed without issues.

In theory, there shouldn't be any issues because we are utilizing Joomla's framework to generate the URL. It should only incorporate the "www" subdomain if your main site is configured to use it. However, it appears that in your specific case, this is causing a problem.
