Every time that you post a problem, PLEASE add the Joomla and the extension's versions and revisions (for example: Joomla 3.3.6, Contact Enhanced 3.3.5), PHP version and Server's Operating System. If you only manage only one site it is easier if you edit your profile and just add that information to your signature. Don't forget to add a detailed description of the problem. If possible, write down all steps to simulate the problem.

Before submitting a new post, PLEASE make sure you are running the latest version, test in different browsers (IE, FF, Chrome,..) and clear Joomla and browser's cache after every change you make.

Also, most questions are already answered in our FAQ and in iFAQ and Contact Enhanced documentation pages.

:( Hi just bought it know it works as I have read what everyone is saying.

Have uploaded it to my joomla 2.5 but only one problem.

Do you have a dumbo guide how to create a form as I know nothing about css codes.

All I want to do is put a contact sheet into my contact us page.

Dear teamchefs,

Ajax Contact is a very simple to setup module and it does not require any CSS knowledge.

What exactly do you mean by "contact sheet"? Do you want to load a contact form?
If you want to load a module inside an article, please use the {loadposition}. If so, please read this article:
docs.joomla.org/How_do_you_put_a_module_inside_an_article%3F

Yes I want to load a contact form.
I have placed position of module Ajax contact -created an article carried out all instructions but all I get is a white screen

Dear teamchefs,

That's odd. It should work if the module is enabled and publish to the correct position;

If you cannot make this work, then please create a FULL backup (for safety purposes) and provide an administrator account, so I can take a closer look. You can send the account details using the Support -> Contact form;
