Every time that you post a problem, PLEASE add the Joomla and the extension's versions and revisions (for example: Joomla 3.3.6, Contact Enhanced 3.3.5), PHP version and Server's Operating System. If you only manage only one site it is easier if you edit your profile and just add that information to your signature. Don't forget to add a detailed description of the problem. If possible, write down all steps to simulate the problem.

Before submitting a new post, PLEASE make sure you are running the latest version, test in different browsers (IE, FF, Chrome,..) and clear Joomla and browser's cache after every change you make.

Ajax Contact Form Width

Hello, I need to change the width of the Ajax contact form so that it will fit correctly in a sidebar module position. I was wondering what do I need to edit to make the form skinnier. I'd like it half the width that it is currently.

Dear wukovits,

Ajax Contact fields take the entire width of the parent container (<div>) in order to avoid any template issue;

If you want to make it smaller, please open the CSS file and change the rule below accordingly to your needs:
/modules/mod_ajaxcontact/css/ajaxcontact.css
#ajaxcontact input.inputbox{width:100px}

Thanks that works perfectly.

I am also trying to change the background colorand/or border color of the info entry area. I read a couple of threads it said change a line in modules/mod_ajaxcontant/css but the only css file in that folder is ajaxcontact.css.
