Every time that you post a problem, PLEASE add the Joomla and the extension's versions and revisions (for example: Joomla 3.3.6, Contact Enhanced 3.3.5), PHP version and Server's Operating System. If you only manage only one site it is easier if you edit your profile and just add that information to your signature. Don't forget to add a detailed description of the problem. If possible, write down all steps to simulate the problem.

Before submitting a new post, PLEASE make sure you are running the latest version, test in different browsers (IE, FF, Chrome,..) and clear Joomla and browser's cache after every change you make.

Hi,

after visitor enters his details and presses Send Email, Ajax Contact starts showing progress indicator (like a spinning daisy), but never ends.

Using latest joomla 2.5, and latest Ajax Contact (module 3.0.2, package 3.0.3).

Dear jnfaerch,

Did you change the More Advanced setting "It is not working correctly?" and "Site Domain starting with http://www"?

PS: Also, for better SEF results you can use .htaccess rewrite in Joomla SEF options.

'It is not working correctly' is now activated as described. Same outcome.

I'm sorry, I actually do not want you to activate this option. Can you please revert your changes?
I thought you had this option enabled and misconfigured because of the Ajax URL submission is wrong.

Are you using the latest Ajax Contact Version?
