Every time that you post a problem, PLEASE add the Joomla and the extension's versions and revisions (for example: Joomla 3.3.6, Contact Enhanced 3.3.5), PHP version and Server's Operating System. If you only manage only one site it is easier if you edit your profile and just add that information to your signature. Don't forget to add a detailed description of the problem. If possible, write down all steps to simulate the problem.

Before submitting a new post, PLEASE make sure you are running the latest version, test in different browsers (IE, FF, Chrome,..) and clear Joomla and browser's cache after every change you make.

Also, most questions are already answered in our FAQ and in iFAQ and Contact Enhanced documentation pages.

ajax contact form stopped working

Hello

I have installed this module long time ago when it was free and it stopped working. I bought today your licence but I would like to know is there way to update it without losing my custom forms and FR translation that i did? Is my Joomla 3.2.3 old ? or php 5.5 is not compatible ?

Please help.

Dear radovanvoic7,

That's odd. Ajax Contact was never free.

When you update Ajax Contact only the files will be updated, therefore you shouldn't loose any module configuration. Ajax Contact installation package does not have a French translation, so your language file will not be overwritten. By the way, can you please send the French Language file, so we can include it in the source code?
