Every time that you post a problem, PLEASE add the Joomla and the extension's versions and revisions (for example: Joomla 3.3.6, Contact Enhanced 3.3.5), PHP version and Server's Operating System. If you only manage only one site it is easier if you edit your profile and just add that information to your signature. Don't forget to add a detailed description of the problem. If possible, write down all steps to simulate the problem.

Before submitting a new post, PLEASE make sure you are running the latest version, test in different browsers (IE, FF, Chrome,..) and clear Joomla and browser's cache after every change you make.

Can't get Ajax Contact to work in 1.7

Hi, I have the form setup as a module position, when I click on submit it just has a spinning thing that shows it's trying to load the thank you message but nothing happens. I turned off Ajax and it goes to an error page. The testing page is here:

There is a 500 Internal Server Error on the page below.
173.236.30.98/~renovali/modules/mod_ajaxcontact/ajax.php

Sometime it is related to file permissions, but the server administrator will be better able to identify the problem.

This error usually adds an entry in the server's error log. Please contact your web hosting service provider to access the error log and possibly solve this for you.

I have the same spinning thing, but my mail is getting delivered.

I had a previous problem with mail not getting through - tracked that to a mail config error that I fixed that solved the mail getting through, but I still have the spinner and it won't perform the custom redirect.

Using RT Camber Template.

Started disabling features in Ajax Contact and stumbled upon a solution.

The "CC" feature was not working properly and making the page hang (email being delivered to both addresses, but site hung on form with spinner). Simply not checking the CC box allowed the page to work. I disabled the CC box and it works great now.
