Every time that you post a problem, PLEASE add the Joomla and the extension's versions and revisions (for example: Joomla 3.3.6, Contact Enhanced 3.3.5), PHP version and Server's Operating System. If you only manage only one site it is easier if you edit your profile and just add that information to your signature. Don't forget to add a detailed description of the problem. If possible, write down all steps to simulate the problem.

Before submitting a new post, PLEASE make sure you are running the latest version, test in different browsers (IE, FF, Chrome,..) and clear Joomla and browser's cache after every change you make.

Also, most questions are already answered in our FAQ and in iFAQ and Contact Enhanced documentation pages.

After setting up the component, form and plugin, clicking on the Contact Us tab shows nothing.

Dear baparks,

Why did you choose to load an URL instead of the Contact in the plugin options?

In order to load the contact form, please set the Feedback plugin to display a contact instead of an URL.

The fact is I tried the contact first and got the same end result so the attachment I uploaded was my last attempt.

Dear baparks,

Can you please set Error Reporting to Maximum under Joomla Global Options and let me know if there is any error when you load the modal window.

PS: Please consider upgrading to Joomla 2.5 or newer.

No errors are reported and we're in negotiations now about getting their site updated. It's kinda of a major task as it's both and public site AND an intranet.

You have to select another template in the Plugin Parameters /Options because there seems to have an incompatibility with your template!

Dear baparks,

Under Advanced Parameters there is an Option called "Use Template", see screenshot here:
idealextensions.com/products/p...-for-contact-enhanced/146.html

The behavior in the latest URL is because you have a few javascript errors in the console. Take a look in the the Firebug console:
