Every time that you post a problem, PLEASE add the Joomla and the extension's versions and revisions (for example: Joomla 3.3.6, Contact Enhanced 3.3.5), PHP version and Server's Operating System. If you only manage only one site it is easier if you edit your profile and just add that information to your signature. Don't forget to add a detailed description of the problem. If possible, write down all steps to simulate the problem.

Before submitting a new post, PLEASE make sure you are running the latest version, test in different browsers (IE, FF, Chrome,..) and clear Joomla and browser's cache after every change you make.

Also, most questions are already answered in our FAQ and in iFAQ and Contact Enhanced documentation pages.

Plugin only shows code on webpage

I have inserted the contact form plugin in a module using the 'Add CE Form' button but it only shows the code on the webpage. Any ideas why this is happening? I did search the forum but couldn't find anything similar.

Dear sophieshiatsu,

The recommended way to add Contact Enhanced to a Module position is using CE Module (included in the FULL package);

In the Custom HTML Module, please make sure to set "Prepare Content" to Yes.

Hello

I uploaded the full package but don't have this module in it just the admin latest and admin stats. I just looked inside the package zip and I have these. (see attached screenshot)

OK I see I only have the regular package but I bought the module one before but it can only be used on 2.5! Can I pay the difference to get the rest of the full package with my regular or do I need to buy the whole full package to get the module?

You seem to have purchased the regular package, not the FULL package which includes all extensions.
