Every time that you post a problem, PLEASE add the Joomla and the extension's versions and revisions (for example: Joomla 3.3.6, Contact Enhanced 3.3.5), PHP version and Server's Operating System. If you only manage only one site it is easier if you edit your profile and just add that information to your signature. Don't forget to add a detailed description of the problem. If possible, write down all steps to simulate the problem.

Before submitting a new post, PLEASE make sure you are running the latest version, test in different browsers (IE, FF, Chrome,..) and clear Joomla and browser's cache after every change you make.

Also, most questions are already answered in our FAQ and in iFAQ and Contact Enhanced documentation pages.

Storelocator not working

I can not get it to work, no locations showing up and it can not locate me, geoip is installed on the server.

aeritec.com/index.php/stores

I have no idea anymore .. the installation is only joomla 3.4.1 and the Contact Enhanced Pro with the store locator. No extra plugins installed.

Server is:
PHP Version 5.5.20
Web Server Apache/2.4.10 (Unix) OpenSSL/1.0.1e-fips mod_bwlimited/1.4
WebServer to PHP Interface cgi-fcgi

I see a few Javascript errors on your site. Can you please create a backup and provide an administrator account so I can perform some tests?

Dear Henrik,

There were two issues, one with iStoreLocator and the other with your article. There was a <code> tag around {istorelocator}.

I'll update iStoreLocator plugin soon in the download package and I have already sent you the fix, so you can upload to your other site.

Thanks for your help it is working in both sites now, the other site dident have the code-tag.

Another thing is it possible to add a print button so people can print the route to the selected store?
