Every time that you post a problem, PLEASE add the Joomla and the extension's versions and revisions (for example: Joomla 3.3.6, Contact Enhanced 3.3.5), PHP version and Server's Operating System. If you only manage only one site it is easier if you edit your profile and just add that information to your signature. Don't forget to add a detailed description of the problem. If possible, write down all steps to simulate the problem.

Before submitting a new post, PLEASE make sure you are running the latest version, test in different browsers (IE, FF, Chrome,..) and clear Joomla and browser's cache after every change you make.

Contact Enhanced contacts aren't showing on the istorelocator map

We had originally only bought the iStoreLocator plugin, and were working from the xml file, but the client said that would be too difficult for them to edit so we purchased & installed Contact Enhanced and switched the source in the iStoreLocator plugin to com_contactenhanced. The problem is that after adding a contact to Contact Enhanced, it isn't showing up on the iStoreLocator map at all. Have we missed a setting somewhere that also needs changing, or could there be a conflict?

Dear Aaron,

I only see one location on your map in Northern Ireland, so it is working. Make sure to go to each contact and click on the "Locate in map" button under the Maps tab.

PS: There's no Contact Enhanced subscription linked to your username.

Ok, thank you. I've managed to get that location to show up now by putting in a larger search radius and putting in my postcode. Before we put Contact Enhanced on it used to load all of the locations before you had put in any details, this option is still turned on in the plugin so do you have any idea why it may not be working?

Also, I think my boss purchased the Contact Enhanced subscription, so I imagine it would probably be linked to her account. Do I need to post here on it for confirmation?

Dear Aaron,

Are you using the latest iStoreLocator plugin version?
Is the option "Load all* on First load" enabled?

I also suggest to set a greater value for the "Selected Max Distance" option.
