Every time that you post a problem, PLEASE add the Joomla and the extension's versions and revisions (for example: Joomla 3.3.6, Contact Enhanced 3.3.5), PHP version and Server's Operating System. If you only manage only one site it is easier if you edit your profile and just add that information to your signature. Don't forget to add a detailed description of the problem. If possible, write down all steps to simulate the problem.

Before submitting a new post, PLEASE make sure you are running the latest version, test in different browsers (IE, FF, Chrome,..) and clear Joomla and browser's cache after every change you make.

Also, most questions are already answered in our FAQ and in iFAQ and Contact Enhanced documentation pages.

Very interesting - I have tried the page in Chrome and it displays OK as you say, but in Firefox I can't get it to display.
Have you tried Firefox?

Thanks for that, I have noticed that on page load in Firefox 43.0.4 there is no location set in the map and hence the branches do not appear. If a location is entered into the 'enter location' search box then the branched do appear.
In Chrome the default location is set on first page load and all branches are visible immediately.

Did the default location set when you tried it in Firefox and all the branches show on page load?

Yes. Load All on first load was turned on.
I have now changed Geolocate to Hide and the branches show by default.
Because the Geolocate was not able to set the location, unless a location is set manually in the search box the branches cannot show.
Using Chrome Browser the fail back to the plugin's default location set in the initial Map center works, but in my version of Firefox does not for some reason.

Many thanks Douglas, as long as I can get it to show the branches we can move on.
