Every time that you post a problem, PLEASE add the Joomla and the extension's versions and revisions (for example: Joomla 3.3.6, Contact Enhanced 3.3.5), PHP version and Server's Operating System. If you only manage only one site it is easier if you edit your profile and just add that information to your signature. Don't forget to add a detailed description of the problem. If possible, write down all steps to simulate the problem.

Before submitting a new post, PLEASE make sure you are running the latest version, test in different browsers (IE, FF, Chrome,..) and clear Joomla and browser's cache after every change you make.

How can I show " Form Fields Manager" on the contact form?

I have been trying to create a registration form, but somehow it doesn't work, here is the URL


mymelody.co.jp/index.php/registration

as you can see, there is only title has shown, and there is no contact field is not on it.

something must be wrong. what went wrong? can anybody tell me how to configure properly?

There's no subscription linked to your account. For future support, please contact us from the account you've used to subscribe.

I don't read Japanese, but it seems you've created a menu item for a Contact Enhanced category. Categories have one or more contacts. If you want to display a single contact form, then create a Contact Enhanced » Single Contact Menu item.

I also noticed there's an error in your contact mymelody.co.jp/index.php/registration/1-tutor-jp . It seems you've created a AcyMailing Form Field and you don't have AcyMailing installed. You can simply unpublish or remove this field in order to display your form.
