Every time that you post a problem, PLEASE add the Joomla and the extension's versions and revisions (for example: Joomla 3.3.6, Contact Enhanced 3.3.5), PHP version and Server's Operating System. If you only manage only one site it is easier if you edit your profile and just add that information to your signature. Don't forget to add a detailed description of the problem. If possible, write down all steps to simulate the problem.

Before submitting a new post, PLEASE make sure you are running the latest version, test in different browsers (IE, FF, Chrome,..) and clear Joomla and browser's cache after every change you make.

Also, most questions are already answered in our FAQ and in iFAQ and Contact Enhanced documentation pages.

CE Slideshow Module not appearing on front end

The CE Slideshow Module not appearing on the front end. I enabled it, assigned it to appear in a module position (I tried several), I assigned it to appear on the Home page, and I connected it to several Contact Categories.

Is there any error in the Browser Console?
Can you provide a direct link to the page where it's supposed to display?

You can see it here: www.clear-lakechamberofcommerce.com about 3/4 of the way down the page "Featured Chamber Members". I see no errors.

Dear M,

The module is not loading anything at all.

Please make sure the module is enabled and under the Filtering Options clear all filters (if you've added any).
Most importantly, since you are not loading in a Contact Enhanced Page/category, make sure the Module Mode is set to Normal instead of Dynamic.

If the problem persists, please create a full backup and provide administrator access. You can send the credentials using the Support » Contact Form.
