Every time that you post a problem, PLEASE add the Joomla and the extension's versions and revisions (for example: Joomla 3.3.6, Contact Enhanced 3.3.5), PHP version and Server's Operating System. If you only manage only one site it is easier if you edit your profile and just add that information to your signature. Don't forget to add a detailed description of the problem. If possible, write down all steps to simulate the problem.

Before submitting a new post, PLEASE make sure you are running the latest version, test in different browsers (IE, FF, Chrome,..) and clear Joomla and browser's cache after every change you make.

Also, most questions are already answered in our FAQ and in iFAQ and Contact Enhanced documentation pages.

Want to use different format on MODULE and menu item

8 years 1 month ago #21119 by li_gordon
I need to use 2 different formats.

Format 1
This will be used on the left position from theMODULE
green background
over to the left side
white background
no scroll
auto close
I can make these things happen..
I setup in OPTIONS in iFAQ what format I wanted (then I applied css changes to that format selection)

Format 2
When I click on FAQs as a menu item, now I'm showing the FAQs in the middle of the screen. So I want to select a different format. I select a DIFFERENT format in the definition of the MENU ITEM.
So this should use a different format

BUT when both are on the page at the same time, iFAQ is using the same format.

Please help.

Dear li_gordon,

You are correct, it should display a different format if you chose a different template in the menu item.

Since I cannot reproduce this error locally, can you please create a full backup and provide administrator access? This way I can take a closer look.

Best regards,
