Support Forum

Every time that you post a problem, PLEASE add the Joomla and the extension's versions and revisions (for example: Joomla 3.3.6, Contact Enhanced 3.3.5), PHP version and Server's Operating System. If you only manage only one site it is easier if you edit your profile and just add that information to your signature. Don't forget to add a detailed description of the problem. If possible, write down all steps to simulate the problem.

Before submitting a new post, PLEASE make sure you are running the latest version, test in different browsers (IE, FF, Chrome,..) and clear Joomla and browser's cache after every change you make.

Also, most questions are already answered in our FAQ and in iFAQ and Contact Enhanced documentation pages.

× Frequently Asked Questions using Joomla content articles. iFAQ (former MooFAQ) is a FAQ Component for Joomla!™ which uses jQuery and Bootstrap to load Joomla Articles in Accordion format.

Dear autumnvalleyfarm,

Are you using the latest iFAQ version? I can't see any foreach in that line.

Besides that warning can you see any other error? Is there any category or article missing?

Best regards,

Yes, latest Joomla and iFAQ, just renewed the subscription. The structure is Specials, Salon Specials and Spa Specials. THere are 2 articles in "Specials" that should show. Thanks for the quick response!

Dear autumnvalleyfarm,

I'm not exactly sure why this is happening. Is the article Access setting set o Public?

Since I cannot reproduce this problem locally, if it persists, can you please create a full backup and provide FTP access to /components/com_ifaq/?

Dear autumnvalleyfarm,

Specials is actually the Parent Category. When you choose to display all the Categories Menu item it will display only the articles inside the children categories.

The warning was caused by the article inside the Spa specials category.
I have fixed it and I'll send the file to you in a few minutes.

Best regards,
