Greetings,
An user has reported an error and it's fix to me by email and I want to share with you all!
When he tried to install Joomla was throwing the following errors every time.:
REPORTED SOLUTION:
Using PHPMyAdmin
1. Look for the com_moofaq id in the #__extensions table;
2. In the #__menu database table look for MooFAQ and add the id - also change published from 0 to 1.
Note: replace #__ for your database table prefix;
EDIT: I've had this problem installing another extension and this post below solved the problem;
