"Another menu item with the same parent has this alias Error building Admin Menus"

MooFaq 2.5.3 Joomla 2.5.6 Php vers. 5.2.17 Apache/2.2.22

MooFaq actually installs fine just will not build the admin menus. Only post I could find had no solution but had crashed the persons site.

Uninstalled with errors but didn't copy them. Tried re-install and got same errors.
