Slider Type Custom not work in IE9

I have just tested and it is working correctly using IE9 and the Custom Slider; I've tested with all core templates in Joomla (beez3, beez5, atomic) and it works every time. I have tested with the category and categories view and I could not reproduce this error;
I'm not sure exactly what it might be because I do not have access. I know you mentioned that this is a fresh Joomla installation, however this is usually a MooTools/javascript incompatibility issue with third party extensions. Also some plugins remove MooTools from the source code.
You can use IE's Developer tools (F12) in order to see which error shows up in the console:
msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ie/gg589530(v=vs.85).aspx
I'll be better able to assist you when you upload your site to a live server.

In all other browsers, all right, but in IE9 does not work. By clicking on the titles of accordion it is not expanded, and the article is opening.

Did you install a different template?
Did you test with other browsers?
Can you please provide a direct link so I can take a look?
