Those errors in MooFAQ files are related to article and category alias. Does all articles and categories have an alias?

Can you point MooFAQ menu item to a category with only one or two articles, just for testing purposes?

If you cannot find the problem, can you please create a full backup and provide an administrator account so I can take a closer look?

That's odd. You should not get any 500 error message using MooFAQ.

Can you please set Error Reporting to Maximum in Joomla Global Configuration (under the server tab) and let me know if you see any PHP error.
