You've made a small mistake. You forgot the # before the color number;
Try this:

.pane-sliders .title{ margin:0;padding:2px;color:#666;cursor:pointer;font-size:110%;font-color:#003366}

You might also have to change .pane-sliders .panel h3 to

Code:

.pane-sliders .panel h3 { background:#F6F6F6 none repeat scroll 0 0; color:#003366; }

I bought MooFaq today and I am trying to change the color of the questions.
I edit css file this way:

.pane-sliders .title{margin:0;padding:2px;color:#666;cursor:pointer;font-size:110%;font-color:003366}

but it did not help.
what did I do wrong?
