Layout
I've implemented the requested feature and it will be available in the next version.
You'll be able to access it from the iFAQ -> Categories menu item. Under the Category tab set "# Articles to List" to a low number, save, clear all caches and reload the iFAQ Categories front-end page. Then you'll see a View all FAQs link. The link will display in a button format using Bootstrap default button styling.
All the best,
Douglas Machado

iFAQ Categories menu item only allows to display at once the children categories of a parent category.
Most users that want to display multi-level categories create sub-menus for each child category.
We cannot set a pagination for the iFAQ -> Categories menu item, but we did add pagination to the Category Menu item, you just have to edit the iFAQ -> Category Menu item and under the List Layouts tab set Pagination to Show and # of articles to list to a number instead of All.
I'm studying the possibility of creating the requested feature and I'll reply to you in an hour or two.
Best regards,
Douglas Machado
