Dear Laura,

It is most likely a permission issue. If you don't know how to fix it, please ask your web hosting provider to fix the permission for you.

The forbidden error is in a file that came with ifaq...what do I need to change to fix it?

fyi, I know this is an 'old' and 'awful' teplate, so I wouldn't be surprised if there are some conflicts...
