Upgrading to IFAQ from MooFAQ [For migration of J1.5 to 3.5]
Ok. iFAQ works with Joomla core articles, just like MooFAQ for Joomla 1.5, so when you migrate to Joomla 3.5 it will also migrate your articles. All you will need to do is update the menu item references.
I have never used it with Falang because iFAQ also is compatible with Joomla's core multi-lingual features, therefore there's no need for Falang.
