you will have to customize he template, however first I recommend you to rename the template, so you can easily upgrade iFAQ in the future.
Go to /components/com_ifaq/templates and rename clean_blue_arrow to something meaningful to you. In your case you can rename it to ems;
Open the file /components/com_ifaq/templates/ems/ifaq.css and replace all clean_blue_arrow to ems.
The images are base64 encoded. In order to replace it you can either add base64 enconded images to the following CSS rules OR upload the images to the template folder and replace the base64 encoded image with the image path.
CSS rules to change:
.ifaq-tpl-ems .ifaq-collapsible > a
.ifaq-tpl-ems .ifaq-collapsible > a:hover
.ifaq-tpl-ems .collapse-open > a:hover
There are several websites that encode images online, which you can use to encode your images if you want to. For example: www.base64-image.de/
