Updating from 3.9.2 to 3.9.16 -- FAQs disappear

I've released a new minor version that fixes the Installation error, the Missing FAQ and the "Details" word in the FAQ content.

I was able to reproduce this issue and fix it. I'm running a few more tests and I'll let you know when I release a new version.

I guess I found the solution myself... I forgot to enter the domain name in der list 'My downloads'.
Now everything seems to work fine.
