Jump to open FAQ not working when URL rewriting is active was created by webcoast

Hi, I have implemented URL rewriting on my client's website to remove the index.php from the URL. Since doing that, the links to jump to a FAQ on a different page, while also opening that FAQ no longer work. Eg wavechiropractic.com.au/about/about-wave#article-id-30 jumps to the FAQ "Techniques" but does not open the item.

Prior to implementing URL rewriting, this worked perfectly, ie the FAQ was displayed as open by default.

The site is using iFAQ version 3.9.16.1, on Joomla 3.9.26.

Is there a fix for this?
