In the attached css, line 4, I changed '20' to '0' and it solved my issue.

com_ifaq-pro\media\css\templates\basic\ifaq.css

.ifaq-container {
margin-bottom: 20px;
}

Another question, what is with the garbage text, svg for colors?

PS. I renewed for 1 year.

Who told you that?
Which Joomla version are you using?
I just searched iFAQ's CSS file and there's no such CSS rule. I believe the person who told you to add this CSS rule meant to add a new CSS rule to your template's custom CSS file or custom CSS setting.

I noticed your subscription has expired. Support is usually only provided to active subscribers. We'd appreciate it if you could renew your subscription.
