Google webmaster tools error Duplicate field "name" (in "mainEntity") was created by maestroc

We are receiving notifications from Google saying that they will not index our FAQ page because of:

Duplicate field "name" (in "mainEntity")

The page it is referring to is:

autoknowledge.com/index.php/contact-sp-1166181800/faq

Is this something in iFAQ or something I need to change elsewhere?
