I'm sorry I misunderstood what the problem really was...
Well, this is a small incompatibility with your template.
There is two ways to fix this.
1- Go to the menu Parameters (System) and add a Page suffix. It can be anything, however I like to add something that makes sense. In this case I would add something like faq or treksfaq;
2- Add the following line of code to your templates CSS file:
.pane-container .contentpaneopen{width:90% !important}
You might have to play around with the percentage for the width
I recommend the first way, because it is easier and faster;

I went to a Windows machine and I've tested on both IE8 and IE7 and it is working. Please clean your browser's cache and try again;
I did not test before, because I did not have a Windows machine available here;

It might be an incompatibility with www.treekertreks.nl/nieuw/modules/mod_sw...pDownMenuX_Packed.js
Can you please disable this menu for testing reasons?
