Dear Damian,

I've added the requested feature and already sent the file to you.
You can customize the how it looks by adding the following CSS rule:
.moofaq-no-result{}

Sincere regards,

Hi Douglas, works great :o)

I can now use
/keyword?q=search_term

nice :)

Could you add to your feature request list a '0 results found' page or something to that effect when no match is found ?

Thanks for this
Damian :)

Dear Damian,

I just sent to your email a new package.
I've reduced the URL as much as possibly could. Now it will look something like this:
/faq-search.html?q=search_term&moduleId=63

Kind regards,

Hi Douglas, That URL is a bit long. I have been testing AceSEF and its made a nice job of reducing my VM Search URL to
/shop_menu_name.html?keyword=search_term

Do you know if its likely to do the same for MooFAQ search URL?
Will the speed affect MooFAQ, or just the speed of the MooFAQ search results?

I Love MooFAQ and trying to use it for all my article management, and it could end up with allot of articles for MooFAQ to deal with. The Search feature is great :o) would adding this option slow up the search results by much?

I just found myself in a position where I wanted to post a link that would show the results of a search and would be nice if these results could keep using the MooFAQ but if you feel this not realistic then I guess I will will have to use a different search option.

Thanks so much for looking into this

Kind regards
Damian

Dear Damian,

I can change the module so it will display the search URL, however it will be a very big URL, because some module configuration is also submitted in order to avoid one more SQL query, which improves performance.

I've made a test with the SEF enabled I got this URL:
index.php/en/component/moofaq/search.html?moofaq_search=community&Itemid=68&moofaq_exclude_categories=28&moofaqSearchModuleId=63&view=search&option=com_moofaq

Do you really want it?
